Starting Point/ SONG

We wanted a song that was easy to access, that we could obtain persmission easily, also a song that had no set conventions already entailed to it, which meant we could have the freedom to experiment and make it our own. So we decided on a unsigned band, called lost in colour. The overall song choice being Searching For The Sun In The Dark by Lost In Colour.

Introduction

My A2 media task is to create a music video in a group, we have to choose a suitable song, create a narrative, brainstorm ideas, film the video using the typical filming conventions, edit, and also attend to our ancillary tasks. Things to consider at this stage is, working with a compatible partner, not to over complicate narrative, to complete a successful music video, and similarly complete successful ancillary task.
